Stress, depression, and anxiety are some psychological issues that we all cope up with at some point in our lives. The daily workload, break up of relationships, sudden loss of loved ones or any sort of thing can affect your psychological state. Some of us can cope up with these situations. When you know that you are stressed and that you are in a bad mental state, you can control yourself, your frustration and emotional imbalance when you have proper control over your mental state.

But unfortunately, all of us are not gifted with that ability. Some people cannot withstand too much pressure, emotional imbalances and when they have to face such situations, they might even end up in fatal situations such as suicides. You will feel as if you are betrayed and you don’t have any option other than death and therefore, you would try to kill yourself to find salvation. Some people even try to self-injury and all these conditions SHOULD NOT be followed by any of us no matter how hard we feel.

Something that all of you should keep in your mind is that all the things that bother you and pressurize you at the moment will fade away with time and therefore, all of us need to cope up with our emotional imbalances in healthy ways.

Someone who used to self-harm took to the internet to share how she overcame the habit with art.

It went viral and someone who saw the post added that the easy-to-draw pattern method of Zentangle could be particularly helpful:

Zentangle art is non-representational and unplanned so you can focus on each stroke and not worry about the result. There is no up or down to Zentangle art. If fact, you can most easily create Zentangle art by rotating your tile as you tangle — always keeping your hand in a relaxed position. You don’t need to know what a tangle is going to look like to draw it. You just need to know the steps. The result is a delightful surprise,” writes their website.

You can watch how the drawings are done in the video below:
