Some people are so creative. They can create a masterpiece even by looking at a dead leaf fallen on the ground! Jarbas Agnelli is also someone falling into this category. One morning he was reading a newspaper and his attention was caught by a photograph of birds sitting on an electrical wire. They all were seated in their usual ways but Agnell saw something more in this picture. He cut out the picture and the location of these birds seated on the wire inspired him to make a song. He made the song using the location of the birds as musical notes! The idea was quite genuine and he was so excited to know the melody created by birds’ locations.

Speaking about this he said that “I saw this picture of birds on the electric wires. So I cut out the photo and decided to make a song using the exact location of the birds as notes. I was just curious to hear what melody the birds were creating”.

The story after the creation of the song is also equally interesting. Agnelli enjoyed the music created by his imagination and he sent it to the photographer, Paulo Pinto who took this photograph. Pinto was quite conspired by the idea and he shared it with his editor who in turn told a reporter about it. In the end, the story ended as an interview with the newspaper and took Agnell to be the winner of the YouTube Play Guggenheim Biennial Festival.

So, watch the video below to see the music created by birds’ locations. It is no wonder that we all have seen similar pictures and actual footage of birds on wires. But, most probably none of us have ever come across such ideas for certain. So, next time have a curious eye to capture many things more and if you give it a thought, you too can surely come up with something unique!
