The happiest bird in the world has been found. Scroll down to see for yourself!

A photographer from Scotland, Karen Munro took a perfectly timed picture and did not realize it until she scrolled down her camera roll later on. It was an outing on a cruise around Stroma Island along the coast of Scotland, and she intended to capture some wildlife. However, due to the incremental weather, it was not the perfect day out. She did not have much faith in what she was going to capture due to the poor lighting.

She was surprised when she took this awesome picture of the “the happiest bird in the world”

This bird, a Fulmar depicts such joy and seems to be as if he is smiling and having a fantastic time! It makes one laugh out loud.

And why does this bird look so happy? Well, one reason is that it was captured mid shake to dry himself off mid-flight. And also, the happiness that one chooses to see can be another good explanation too.

Fulmars are known to glide alongside boats as they travel, and that is why they are the ideal subjects for photographers.

“It’s always great to capture something different. Over the last few days I have had many people commenting on the ‘Happy Bird Photo’ and how it made them smile,” Karen Munro said.
